A sales trainer today has to be well versed in behavioral psychology, neuroscience, social, cognitive, and emotional factors that influence economic decisions of individuals and institutions.
Gone are the days when you could easily get an appointment, show up and do your best dog and pony show and use your best closing technique in hopes of getting an order.
